Sept 10th – Practice a state of calmness for your mind, today.

This can be achieved in few ways such as yoga and meditation, or simply try visualizing peace for yourself. Calmness is a quality that can be cultivated and increased if practiced, and it causes the brain to produce “good” hormones that can be beneficial in all aspects of your life including your health and emotional and mental state.  It will take some patience and self-control, but the results can be amazing.
