Why waste another plastic bag when it is not absolutely necessary.  I may still need one in the kitchen trash, but everywhere else it is pretty much unnecessary.

If you do need to use a plastic bag, rather than purchase new “plastic trash bags/liners”, reuse old grocery/retailers plastic bags.
